Rich tutmanik (savory bread) with cheese and pork cracklings.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 1 kg
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Cheese – 500 g
- Dry yeast – 1 packet
- Warm water – 500 ml
- Oil – 500 ml
- Lard – 1 cup, melted
- Cracklings – to taste
Instructions: Knead soft dough and let it rise. Divide into 6 balls and roll them out. Each sheet is brushed with a mixture of oil and lard and sprinkled with cheese and cracklings. Roll into a log and place in the pan. Let rise for another hour. Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
