Ingredients:
- For the dough: 500g flour, 25g yeast, 1 tsp vinegar, 2 tbsp lard, 2 tbsp oil, 250ml warm water, 1 tsp salt
- For the central filling: 400g leeks, 250g cheese, 200g yogurt, 3 eggs
- For the outer filling: 2 eggs, 200g cheese
- For brushing: 150g butter, 50ml sunflower oil, 50g yogurt
Instructions:
- Prepare yeast dough and let it rise.
- Prepare the leek filling.
- Roll out 9 dough balls into thin sheets. Place one sheet in a pan, add the leek filling in the center. Cover with another sheet.
- Fill the other sheets with the cheese and egg mixture, roll them into logs and arrange around the center.
- Brush generously with melted butter and oil. Fold the hanging edges of the bottom sheet over the rolls. Brush with yogurt.
- Bake at 200°C, then reduce temperature to 150°C to finish.
