Founded in 2000 as a family company, Strazhitsa Bread Factory is now one of the leaders in the food industry in Bulgaria, delivering bread daily to 19 municipalities. The factory employs around 200 workers and produces between 40,000–70,000 bread rolls and about 5,000 other bakery products per day.
