Founded in 1961, the Troyan Bakery is one of the largest producers of bread and bakery products in Bulgaria. The company offers a wide variety of bread, pastries, snacks, ritual breads, as well as its own production of ice cream and chocolate. It has won 16 gold medals from competitions and has a wide distribution network throughout the country.
